I started my gluten free journey back in 2016 when my daughter and I were forced to eliminate gluten and dairy from our diets.  My daughter was missing out on school snacks and birthday cake, and I was underwhelmed, to say the least, at the gluten free and dairy free treats available to us on the market.  I knew I had to put my skills to work.  Soon after starting this journey, I realized making a delicious gluten free treat wasn't as hard as making it both gluten and dairy free.  I have spent countless hours getting these recipes just right, and I won't settle for OK.  My desire is to perfect even more treats while eliminating more allergens, taking care to keep the enjoyment and satisfaction of the treat. 


I am putting the finishing touches on our custom built, dedicated gluten free bakery.  Rest assured there is no gluten cross contamination in our kitchen.  Feel free to contact me for orders big or small.
